Our BRIEF
To create a compelling event content strategy that showcases what it means to be a part of the Signature Green Vibes community, and the different engagement points the event has to offer.
The Approach
Keeping in mind the various stakeholders that are associated with the event, from the artists (such as Aarifah, OAFF & Savera and Amit Trivedi), the waste management & sustainability team, to the food & drink connoisseurs and of course the audience – we developed a comprehensive content strategy that built excitement in the lead-up to the event.
THE FINAL RESULTS
On the day of the event, our focus shifted to real time content marketing, capturing key moments, conversations, performances, and engagement zones as they unfolded. Through a combination of stories, short-form content, and on-ground storytelling, we brought the Signature Green Vibes experience to audiences beyond the venue.
Alongside this, our team of eight production executives delivered extensive live event coverage, capturing photographs, videos, and drone footage that gave online audiences a front-row seat to the festival while driving stronger audience engagement across platforms.
