Our BRIEF
Biocon, a leading Pharmaceutical Company, had case studies to showcase company milestones through conversations with senior leaders. These were developed in a podcast format for the internal channel, helping employees better understand the milestones and the work behind them.
The Approach
We took the podcast from scripting to final production. We worked closely with the senior leaders featured in the episode, developed the script to structure the conversation and bring out key company milestones, planned and executed the podcast shoot, handled the video production and recording, and edited the long-form episode for the internal channel.
THE FINAL RESULTS
The long-form podcast gave Biocon employees a better understanding of key company milestones and helped them feel more connected to the company’s goals, while giving the senior leaders a platform to communicate these milestones directly to the team.
