In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality visual content, including videos and photos, to support our marketing, branding, and storytelling efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To work with clearly detailed content briefs provided.
• To facilitate pre-shoot planning and documentation coordination among teams.
• To understand briefs from clients and meet expectations.

Production:

• Good sense of art direction in video content.
• Immense knowledge of video production.

Post Production:

• Well versed in video editing softwares and quick TAT on projects.
• To ensure that the final product aligns with the creative vision and meets quality standards

Creative Skills:

• Needs to have a keen eye for composition, framing, and visual aesthetics..
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques in video production.
• Collaborate on new client pitches by providing creative input.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise to identify and select the appropriate equipment required for shoots based on project requirements..
• Stay updated on industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.) and leverage advanced editing techniques.

Team Skills:

• Clearly convey creative ideas, project status, and technical requirements to team members.
• Actively listen to feedback and suggestions from team members and incorporate them effectively.
• Propose creative solutions, lead and guide editing teams, and provide clear direction and support to team members.

Qualification

3 – 5 years of experience in Marketing Agency.
