Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining current clients and growing our customer base
• Keeping accurate correspondence records and updating client details
• Meeting regularly with management
• Recommending different product options to clients
• Develop effective communication platforms for clients and team
• Conduct client service workshops and presentations

• Good personal presentation.

Qualification:

A Bachelor or Master’s Degree with Min of 4-5 yrs of Marketing Agency Experience in Client Service or Account Manager.
