Roles and Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive content strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of our clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content initiatives are integrated seamlessly into overall marketing campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation of original and impactful copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, videos, and online adverts.
  • Ensure all content produced maintains brand voice, tone, and consistency.
  • Provide guidance and direction to content creators, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Social Media Leadership:

  • Lead social media content strategy, overseeing the planning, creation, and publishing of engaging content across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage brand page hygiene and online reputation management (ORM) efforts.

Digital Trends and Campaign Innovation:

  • Stay informed about the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating insights into content strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to members of the content team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the content team, tracking progress and performance against key metrics.
  • Encourage a culture of experimentation and innovation, empowering team members to explore new ideas and approaches.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Prior experience in an agency environment is essential.
