Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to current clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing their needs.
Business Development:
- Utilise a strategic approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Recommend different product options to clients based on their needs and market trends.
Communication and Sales:
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services.
- Engage in persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
Strategic Planning and Recommendations:
- Meet regularly with the management team to discuss business development strategies and goals.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in products, services, and business processes.
Team Collaboration:
- Develop effective communication platforms for both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years
- Proven experience and track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
