Roles and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing multiple video projects simultaneously.
- This includes understanding project requirements, establishing timelines and deadlines.
- Manage multiple 3D animation and video projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery
- Providing creative input and direction to ensure that the final video product meets the client’s objectives and vision.
- Responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting and organising clips, trimming and arranging sequences, and applying effects, transitions, and colour grading.
- Create high-quality 3D models, environments, textures, and animations for short-form and long-form content, explainer videos, and digital campaigns.
- Managing Adobe project files and storing the files on Dropbox for accessibility
- Responsible for ensuring overall quality and consistency of the video content.
- Includes reviewing and refining edits based on feedback, checking for technical issues and ensuring that the videos meet the industry standard and client expectations.
- Ensure overall quality, realism, and visual consistency across all 3D outputs.
- Staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in the field of video editing.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D trends, rendering engines, AI-assisted 3D tools, and real-time technologies to continuously enhance output quality and efficiency.
- Includes continuously enhancing their skills and exploring innovative approaches to deliver high-quality video.
Skills & Software Required:
Skills
- Motion Graphics and 2D animations
- Strong expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation
- Knowledge of rendering workflows (ray tracing, real-time rendering, render passes, compositing pipelines)
- Colour Theory
- Familiarity with post-production practices, tools, and conventions such as file codecs and formats, as well as importing, exporting, and transcoding digital media
- Strong attention to detail and propensity to spot glitches and irregularities
Softwares:
- Blender (at least one advanced-level 3D software)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- AI Integrative tools (Eg: Photoshop, Midjourney)
