Our BRIEF

Smart Commerce by Amazon is a website solution for small business owners. For Valentine’s Day, they wanted to showcase their service as the perfect solution for business growth to small business owners and promising love at first “site”. The objective was to create a Valentine’s Day campaign that felt relatable, entertaining, and relevant to small business marketing.

The  Approach

We opted for a humorous approach, crafting a story around a couple to highlight the unexpected: a boyfriend suspects infidelity, but the twist reveals the true source of his worry – her thriving online business built with Smart Commerce by Amazon. This cleverly linked the concept of “love at first sight” with finding success “at first site”. The result was an online business promotion that felt entertaining first and promotional second.

THE FINAL RESULTS

The Valentine’s Day campaign for Smart Commerce by Amazon achieved strong audience engagement, garnering over 843,000 views and 80,000 likes. This playful approach, which contrasted a couple’s misunderstandings with the concept of finding love “at first site” (referencing a website), effectively captured the audience’s attention.
