We at Think Tree Media House are looking for an HR Manager – someone who is passionate about finding ways to best support our growing Tree.

You will primarily be responsible for supporting employees and managers with inquiries and implementing HR processes and programs. You will partner with leadership on various stages of the employee life cycle from talent management, employee engagement, Onboarding/Offboarding, and business-driven initiatives.

We at Think Tree Media House are looking for an HR Manager – someone who is passionate about finding ways to best support our growing Tree. You will primarily be responsible for supporting employees and managers with inquiries and implementing HR processes and programs. You will partner with leadership on various stages of the employee life cycle from talent management, employee engagement, Onboarding/Offboarding, and business-driven initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organise team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll transactions.
  • Regularly monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Be actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Work closely with the HR team to assess existing HR programs, policies, and processes.
  • Conduct regular catch-ups and 1-1 meetings with employees to understand their concerns, provide support, and gather feedback.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and coordination of HR tools and software systems.

Great to Have :

  • 1+ years of experience in HR field (brownie points if you have experience in an Agency)
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and processes
  • Experience in partnering with leaders to deliver a consistent employee experience, and help manage HR operations.
  • Hiring should be a proactive process.
  • Identifying the talent that would fit the company and its growth mission
  • Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong uProficient in Microsoft Office suite

Qualification :

  • A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR related field.
